Board of Pharmacy:

Problem: Pharmacist Client inadvertently defaulted on a charge of using marijuana. RPh license was revoked by Board of Pharmacy.

Result: Pharmacist Client received Letter of Reprimand from Board of Pharmacy

California State Bar:

Problem: Complaint to State Bar of California, by the attorney of an opposing party in a civil action, that Attorney Client had threatened to file a complaint with the District Attorney.

Result: Attorney Client received Letter of Warning from Office of Trial Counsel. No other action was taken.

Problem: Attorney Client arrested for Driving Under the Influence (DUI). Bar threatened to file charges.

Result: Dismissal.

Problem: Attorney Client received a second DUI with evidence of alcoholism.

Result: Attorney Client permitted to enter Alternative Discipline Program ("ADP") and upon successful completion of program, received an Agreement in Lieu of Discipline.

California Medical Board:

Problem: Former Medical Doctor was charged with eight misdemeanor counts of practicing medicine without a license.

Result: Plea to one count of false advertising.
